Great Service Starts With Understanding

Every day we start out the day with an idea of what we might need for that day, but it can change in an instant; a phone call with a sick kid, a car accident, a market decline or a winning lottery ticket. And we all know which of these are most likely.

Since, we can’t predict what we need today, how can we deductively plan based on a perceived need or goal in the future? This is precisely why the idea of using traditional need-based planning is contrary to what we believe.

Your Custom Solution

We teach our clients want-based planning using inductive reasoning to try to make perfect decisions today, maintaining flexibility and control.

That way, WHEN life happens and things change, or the market drops again, we are ready and have already planned for it.

Our goal is never to replace good work that is already being done, or good relationships with advisors. We supplement and add additional resources and education to better our clients’ lives.

Your Ongoing Plan

If there was a way to help remove financial failure as an option and have the same lifestyle now, the same lifestyle in retirement, and leave the same legacy to my family, church or charity, what would keep us from learning about it? And are there places in my current plan or strategy where financial failure is an option? If yes, where and why?

Whether it is us or someone else, we encourage you to continue to ponder the following questions. We continue to review and modify our approach through performance and recent or unexpected life changes to make sure we’re always trying to maximize your strategy.

The Client Meeting Experience

You are greeted warmly when you enter our office.  Our office is welcoming and upbeat and you will sense a genuine energy when you walk in our doors.  Our staff knows your name and recalls something of personal importance to you.  We make note of your preferred drink so we can offer it to you when you return.

When you meet with our team, you will notice we take a very educational approach to helping you navigate your options to strengthen your financial world.  Our advice will inspire you to think bigger and reach further with your goals.  We will help you think beyond the immediate future and plan for your hopes and dreams.  We strive to give you a sense of confidence, comfort and security in the planning we do together.

Throughout the planning and implementation process, you are updated regularly with clear communication on next steps.  Your questions are often anticipated and answered before asked.  When you have a request, we respond quickly.  If things must take longer than expected or if something doesn’t go as planned, we use “pebble management” so you know we are right there with you working for a swift resolution.

Each step in your planning experience is documented and clearly outlined.  When your meeting concludes, you are accompanied to the door or elevator.  You'll probably be laughing as the conversation comes to an end and given a warm goodbye.

Our

Process

  • Introductory Meeting

You get introduced to our team, philosophy, and how we get paid. We decide if there is a reason for us to do business together.

  • Discovery Process

You complete a questionnaire and send us documents that allow us to have a deeper understanding of your current financial position.

  • Presentation Meeting

You meet with your Advisor to discuss the strategic and tactical changes. (Typically 2-4 meetings.)

  • Implementation

You decide to take action on recommended improvements.

  • Ongoing Relationship Model

You enter our client relationship model and we check in on progress and discuss new goals to set.

Financial plan recommendations can be implemented with the advisor of your choosing.  Implementation of specific products or services may result in commissions or fees outside of the financial planning fee.
