For Rice Consulting, there is no one-size-fits-all process when it comes to practice management coaching.

Each engagement is structured after a free initial discovery phase, where we get to know you and your business. What is going well and what you may identify as opportunities for improvement. Some of our advisors come to us with a specific need. Other times, they do not.  Perhaps, they feel like they have reached a possible plateau where they need someone to brainstorm ideas with and be their accountability partner.

We are prepared to serve either advisor and are skilled and experienced in helping advisors identify the coaching objectives they should be focused on.
