We thought it would be nice to provide a little something fun and different for our friends, family, and clients. We welcome you to join us for an hour on Monday, May 4th at Noon for a virtual intro to Yoga class for all ages. Feel free to include your kids if you have them at home, your friends, or your family. It should be a nice little wellness break in the middle of the day to bring some relaxation and calming focus.
A little bit about our virtual instructor Kim. She lives in Southern California with her husband Nick and two children, Cole and Shelby. Kim is a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master / Teacher and Life Wellness Guide who works with adults and kids of all ages and in all settings: offices, schools, online, in-person. She adores helping people of all backgrounds bring more peace + calming into their lives with movement, breathwork, mindfulness, energy healing, tapping + more.
